Art license
You accept this license with a checkbox when you send art with an application.
License
By sending art, you confirm that you own it or are authorized by the owner to license it, and that it does not copy anyone else's work.
You grant Stray Cucks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, resize, recolor to fit our palette, animate, and place this art in the Stray Cucks world (including next to Stray Cucks chairs) on our websites, and to show screenshots and short clips of it in our posts about the world. We may credit your project by name and link.
We will not mint, sell, or license your art to anyone else, or use it in any token, without a separate written agreement. You keep all your rights.
You can ask us to remove it at any time and we will take it down within 7 days. Screenshots already posted may remain. You are responsible for claims that the art infringes someone else's rights.
When the license ends
If we decline your application, or you withdraw or delete it, this license ends and we delete the art as the privacy notice says.
What happens today
During review your art is stored privately. It is never served on a public address and nothing is shown publicly while we review. We read only the file headers on our servers (type, size, frames). We do not open the files on the machine that runs our wallets.
To remove your art before or during review, use Delete on your private status page: it deletes the application and every file at once.
