1. Who we are
Stray Cucks is an independent NFT project on Robinhood Chain, run by one person: GM GN Repeat (by The Arson Dragon).

2. Age
You must be 18 or older to apply.
3. What this site is
This site shows the Stray Cucks collection and lets projects apply to collaborate with us. Nothing here is financial, investment or legal advice. Applying does not mean we will accept, list or promote your project, and we may decline without giving a reason beyond the fixed list shown on your status page.
4. Applying
You apply without an account. When you send an application we show you a private status link once. Anyone who has that link can see, download, withdraw or delete the application, so keep it private. You can replace it with a new link from the status page, which stops the old one working.
We do not keep a copy of the link. If you lose it, write to legal@straycucks.com with your application reference, from the contact you gave in the application. We send a new link only to that contact.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you send. You let us store and read it to review your application, as the privacy notice explains. Art you send is covered by the separate art license you accept when you send it. Nothing from your application is public today.
6. Signatures
Signing the optional project proof is a plain text signature. It is not a transaction, it costs nothing and it approves nothing. We never ask for a seed phrase, a payment, a token approval or a transaction.
7. Rules
Follow the content policy. If we decline or remove an application because it breaks the policy, your status page names the rule.
8. No guarantees
The site is provided as is. Data from blockchains can be late, wrong or missing. When we cannot confirm something we show it as unknown, never as yes or no.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site or from any project that applies or is listed.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
10. Your responsibility
If your content or art causes a claim against us, you are responsible for it.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version, a fingerprint of this exact text and the date are at the top of this page. Every application stores the version and fingerprint it was sent under, and we keep every text that was agreed to.
