Collection review log
Established is a dated record of a reviewed collection history. It is not a safety guarantee or endorsement. Flags, warnings, criticism and call grades stay independent and are never hidden by it.
There is one reviewer: the site operator. Issued collections show "Established since DATE · Reviewed by the site operator". An automated evidence check reads each evidence packet first; it reports pass or fail for every criterion and cannot approve anything. Unknown is never treated as a pass. The operator cannot issue a collection that a wallet they control holds or was paid by.
The record is permanent and dated. A fresh review every 90 days keeps the current-review mark; without it the record reads "Established since DATE, last reviewed DATE". It ends only through a recorded suspension or an accepted correction. Anyone signed in can report a site error from a collection page.
